Title: Migratory Bird Permits; Changes in the Regulations Governing Eagle Transport 
Abstract: We propose to amend the regulations governing international transport of live golden eagles held under falconry permits. We also propose to extend the period a Native American may transport eagle parts he or she possesses for religious purposes out of the country if he or she is deployed outside the United States for work or while serving in the military.
