Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing and Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arkansas Mussels (Neosho Mucket and Rabbitsfoot) 
Abstract: We will propose to list as endangered or threatened and designate critical habitat for the Neosho mucket (Lampsilis rafinesqueana) and rabbitsfoot (Quadrula cylindrica cylindrica) under the Endangered Species Act. The Neosho mucket is supported by river reaches in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. The rabbitsfoot occurs in streams in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
