Abstract: The States of Indiana, Iowa, New Mexico, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, and Wyoming have requested that we delegate permitting for falconry to the States, as provided under the regulations at 50 CFR 21.29. We have reviewed regulations and supporting materials provided by the States and have concluded that their regulations comply with the Federal regulations.
