Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; 12-Month Finding on a Petition and Proposed Rule to List the Yellow-Billed Parrot
Abstract: We have completed a status review to determine whether to add the yellow-billed parrot to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. After completing this review, we find that listing the yellow-billed parrot as threatened is warranted, and we plan to publish a proposed rule and a special rule for this species concurrently.
