Abstract: This rule revises the definition of demonstration and specifies conditions for solicitation of gifts, money, goods or services during special events for which permits have been issued. The rule also establishes limited areas at the World War II Memorial freedom wall plaza and the Korean War Veterans Memorial where demonstrating and special events are prohibited. | |
