| Abstract: This rule updates the policies and procedures for administration and oversight of title I and title II Tribally Controlled Community Colleges and Navajo Community College (Subparts A and B) of the Tribally Controlled Community Assistance Act of 1978, as amended. The rule would update current language to include amendments to the statute since the original rule was drafted. The rule governs establishment, direction, and administration of postsecondary institutions. | |
