Abstract: This rule would establish new ethics rules and procedures for Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) employees. The rule would help protect the integrity and impartiality of BOEM and BSEE employees, given their unique duties in leasing, regulation, and enforcement of safety and environmental protections in off-shore energy production. | |
