1235-AA03 201110 The Regulatory Plan and the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions 1235 Wage and Hour Division WHD 1200 Department of Labor DOL Amendments to the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 The Department of Labor proposes to amend the regulations implementing the Family and Medical Leave Act to incorporate amendments made by the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2010 and the Airline Flight Crew Technical Corrections Act. When initiated, this regulatory action was intended to review revisions to the regulations implementing the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2008 military family leave amendments and other revisions of the regulations implemented in January 2009. Subsequent to the initiation of this action, Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2010 and the Airline Flight Crew Technical Corrections Act. As a result of the Congressional action the scope of this rulemaking has changed to implement the statutory amendments.
