Title: Economic Development Transfers of Real Property 
Abstract: This action establishes procedures for indemnifying and disposing of real property by sale or lease at DOE's defense nuclear facilities for the purpose of permitting economic development. It also establishes procedures for reporting actions to Congress, informing those acquiring the property of the availability of indemnification for injury to people or property from releases or threatened releases of hazardous materials, requesting indemnification, and making claims for indemnification.
