Title: Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program: Part 98 Amendments to Address Input to Emission Equation Issues 
Abstract: This action concerns Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program data reporting elements used as inputs to emission equations for direct emitters. If deemed necessary, the proposal may suggest amendments to part 98 calculation methodologies or verification approaches to prevent public disclosure of data in this category whose disclosure is likely to cause substantial competitive harm. Any final amendments to part 98 would address comments received on the proposal as well as relevant comments received in response to the December 27, 2010, call for information on data elements used as inputs to emission equations.
