Title: ●CAT III Definitions (RRR) 
Abstract: This rulemaking would remove the definitions of Category IIIa, IIIb, and IIIc operations. The definitions are outdated and no longer necessary for aircraft certification or operational authorization. The removal of the definitions will aid in international harmonization efforts, future landing minimal reductions and airspace system capacity improvements due to the implementation of performance based operations.
