Title: Net Worth and Equity Ratio 
Abstract: On January 4, 2011, President Obama signed Senate Bill 4036 into law, which, among other things, amends the statutory definitions in the Federal Credit Union Act for net worth and equity ratio. NCUA plans to issue final amendments to the definitions of net worth and equity ratio as those two terms appear in NCUA's Prompt Corrective Action and Requirements for Insurance regulations, respectively. The amendments in this final rule will implement those made by Congress.
