Title: ●Credit Union Service Organizations 
Abstract: NCUA issued proposed changes to the CUSO regulation that will enhance data quality and reporting. NCUA also proposed changes to strengthen safety and soundness standards for federally insured credit unions and to ensure subsidiaries of CUSOs comply with applicable regulations and laws. The revision also addresses the requirements for federally insured state-chartered credit unions investing in CUSOs and CUSOs owning CUSOs.
