Title: Agency Use of Appropriated Funds for Child Care Costs for Lower Income Employees 
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue a final rule to amend 5 CFR part 792, "Agency Use of Appropriated Funds for Child Care Costs for Lower Income Employees," in order to reflect changes in the IRS tax code since the regulation was first promulgated, correct inconsistent terminology in the original rule, reword the rule to provide more clarity, include language on the coverage of domestic partners and update contact information. It also amends the regulatory requirements for alcoholism and drug abuse programs and services for Federal civilian employees to include language on the coverage of domestic partners. This incorporates previous RIN 3206-AM24.
