Title: National Institutes of Health Loan Repayment Programs 
Abstract: NIH proposes to issue a single set of regulations to govern all of its loan repayment (LRP) authorities. This action will include rescinding the current regulations at 42 CFR part 68a and at 42 CFR part 68c replaced by the new consolidated set of LRP regulations. NIH will establish a single set of regulations to govern all eight of the current NIH loan repayment programs rather than issuing a separate set of regulations for each program.
