Abstract: This proposed rule would delineate the statutory aggregate reductions to State Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) allotments from FYs 2014 through 2020. The annual reduction amounts would be implemented using a DSH Health Reform methodology determined by the Secretary.
