Title: Listing of the Miami Blue Butterfly, Cassius Blue Butterfly, Ceraunus Blue Butterfly, and Nickerbean Blue Butterfly in the State of Florida 
Abstract: We will finalize our listing of the Miami blue butterfly, which we emergency-listed as endangered. The geographic range of this butterfly is now restricted to Key West National Wildlife Refuge in Monroe County, Florida, where the only confirmed populations occur. Due to the subspecies' severe reduction in geographic range, small population sizes, and imminent threats, we needed to make protective measures afforded by the Act available to the Miami blue immediately. This emergency rule provides Federal protection pursuant to the Endangered Species Act for 240 days. A proposed rule to list the Miami blue butterfly as endangered was published concurrently with this emergency rule. With this action, we also published an emergency listing and proposal to list the Cassius Blue Butterfly, Ceraunus Blue Butterfly, and Nickerbean Blue Butterfly in the State of Florida as Threatened Due to Similarity of Appearance to the Miami Blue Butterfly.
