Abstract: The Coast Guard is proposing new regulations to comply with 46 U.S.C. 3305(a)(1)(D), which requires the Coast Guard to ensure through its inspection process that each vessel subject to inspection has an adequate supply of potable water for drinking and washing by passengers and crew.
