| Abstract: This rule would propose to revise the current regulations to reflect current crane inspection and design standards, and expand applicability of the existing standards regarding who may apply to issue crane certifications and to perform inspections. This rule would support the Coast Guard's strategic goals of maritime safety and mobility, and protection of natural resources. | |
