| Abstract: This action continues a rulemaking initiated under RIN 2105-AD54. It would add to the Departmentīs ADA regulations a requirement, parallel to that in other DOT and Department of Justice ADA rules, that regulated entities reasonably modify policies and practices where necessary to ensure nondiscriminatory transportation services for individuals with disabilities, except where doing so would fundamentally alter the service. | |
