| Title: ●Type Certification Procedures for Changed Products | |
| Abstract: This rulemaking clarifies how an action shows compliance of an altered, type-certificated product with the applicable requirements. This rulemaking is necessary because there has been confusion regarding whether an applicant is responsible for the complete product as altered or only those areas affected by the change. The intended effect of this action is to clarify what an applicant has to show for areas of the type-certificated product affected by a design change. | |
