| Abstract: This rulemaking would allow a pilot: who passes a practical test for an original issue flight instructor certificate to meet flight review requirements; who is employed by a part 135 or 121 certificate holder and is current under part 135 or 121, to be current under 61; or, who has lost his certificates to use a temporary authorization to fly. | |
