Title: Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards; Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance 
Abstract: NCUA, in conjunction with other Federal financial regulators, has revised the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance to help financial institutions meet their responsibilities under the Federal flood insurance legislation and to increase public understanding of their flood regulations. The regulations proposed identify several new and revised questions and answers addressing insurable value and forced placement of flood insurance. Portions of the questions and answers remain unfinalized.
