Title: Prompt Corrective Action; Risk-Based Net Worth Requirement 
Abstract: In early 2013, NCUA plans to issue an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) regarding part 702--Prompt Corrective Action. The ANPRM will seek comment on how best to revise the risk-based net worth requirement and measurements contained in part 702. The ANPRM will also seek comment on whether to implement changes made by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and if that is a desirable way to improve comparability with the proposed PCA capital rules issued by the banking agencies in 2012.
