Title: Credit Union Service Organizations 
Abstract: NCUA issued proposed amendments to the Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSO) regulation to enhance data quality and reporting. NCUA also proposed amendments to strengthen safety and soundness standards for federally insured credit unions and to ensure subsidiaries of CUSOs comply with applicable regulations and laws. The proposal also addressed the requirements for federally insured, state-chartered credit unions investing in CUSOs.
