Abstract: The NCUA, with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), plans to issue an interim final regulation for employees of the NCUA that supplements the executive branch-wide standards of ethical conduct issued by OGE. The supplemental regulation will prohibit credit union-related employment and require NCUA employees to obtain approval before engaging in other types of outside employment or activities. | |
