| Title: ●Concept Release for the Process To Register With the Commission | |
| Abstract: The Commission is presently reviewing the standards and processes used to facilitate the registration of entities under its jurisdiction. To help facilitate this review, the Division plans to recommend that the Commission issue a concept release designed to collect information and evaluate different aspects of these registration standards and processes. The Concept Release would consider: (1) The policy objectives of registration; (2) how best to achieve these policy objectives through registration and other means; and (3) the relative benefits and costs of the various available means of registration. | |
