Abstract: This rule would exempt a new system of NIH records related to research misconduct proceedings from certain requirements of the Privacy Act in order to protect the integrity of such proceedings and to protect the identity of confidential sources in such proceedings. This action is related to the previous regulatory actions taken under RIN 0925-AA58. | |
