Title: Disproportionate Share Hospital Payment Reduction (CMS-2367-F) 
Abstract: This final rule would delineate the statutory aggregate reductions to State Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) allotments from FYs 2014 through 2015. The annual reduction amounts will be implemented using a DSH Health Reform methodology determined by the Secretary.
