Title: Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Health Care Facilities (CMS-3277-P) 
Abstract: This proposed rule would amend the fire safety standards for hospitals; critical assess hospital long-term care facilities; intermediate care facilities for the intellectually disabled ambulatory surgery centers hospices, which provide in-patient services; religious non-medical health care institutions; and Programs of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly facilities. Further, this proposed rule would adopt the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and eliminate references in our regulations to all earlier editions.
