Abstract: This final rule would establishe standards for Navigators providing in-person assistance through an Exchange Navigator Program and non-Navigator assistance personnel in Federally Facilitated Exchanges (FFEs) and State Partnership Exchanges (SPEs)and non-Navigator assistance personnel in State-based Exchanges that are funded through federal Exchange Establishment grants. The Affordable Care Act requires each Exchange to develop and implement Navigator grant programs, which will help consumers understand new programs, avail themselves of new protections, and navigate the system to find the most affordable coverage that meets their needs. | |
