Title: ●Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (CMS-6054-IFC) 
Abstract: Under the Medicare IVIG and Strengthening Medicare and Repaying Taxpayers Act of 2012 (the SMART Act), this interim final rule implements a website that provides beneficiaries, authorized family or other representatives, and applicable plans that have obtained the requisite consent from the beneficiary the ability to access beneficiary specific Medicare Secondary Payer information. This information includes liability insurance (including self-insurance), workers' compensation, and no-fault insurance settlements, judgments, awards, or other payments.
