Title: Production and Airworthiness Certification II 
Abstract: This rulemaking would revise requirements for certificating aeronautical products and articles. These changes are intended to address deficiencies in oversight of supplier facilities; allow manufacture of certain airframe components by engine manufacturers; add a requirement that an accountable person be named for certain production approval holders; and add a minor change to marking requirements for certain wood propellers. This rulemaking replaces RIN 2120-AK04.
