Abstract: At 29 CFR 1601.74 n.5, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Department of Labor is listed as a Notice Agency with respect to "all charges alleging violations of sec. 704(a) of title VII." It has come to the Commission's attention that this is no longer accurate due to a change in Puerto Rico law. This rulemaking would amend 29 CFR 1601.74 n.5 to be accurate. | |
