Title: ●Credit Union Conversions and Mergers 
Abstract: NCUA plans to issue a proposed rule amending its regulations governing credit union conversions into mutual savings banks, credit union mergers with banks, credit union conversions to private deposit insurance, and credit union mergers with other credit unions. The revisions focus on making member notices more informative, and fine tuning procedures governing member-to-member communications. The proposal will also include a number of technical amendments to correct outdated cross-references.
