Title: Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate for CY 2014 (CMS-1450-F) 
Abstract: This final rule updates the 60-day national episode rate based on the applicable home health market basket update and case-mix adjustment. It also updates the national per-visit rates used to calculate low utilization payment adjustments (LUPAs) and outlier payments under the Medicare prospective payment system for home health agencies. These changes apply to services furnished on or after January 1.
