Title: Amendment to Accommodate Process Changes with SEVIS II Implementation 
Abstract: This proposed rule will incorporate language supporting a major reprogramming of SEVIS, known as SEVIS II, including setup and use of DHS accounts for F/M/J nonimmigrants, designated school officials (DSOs) and responsible officers (ROs); requirements for DSO training, electronic signatures; limited new reporting responsibilities; and a variety of miscellaneous system-related clarifications.
