Title: Amendments to Compliance Certification Content Requirements for State and Federal Operating Permits Programs 
Abstract: The EPA finalizing amendments to the compliance certification requirements for State and Federal operating permits programs that were published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2003. In that action, one sentence was removed from the rules in error. This action restores the sentence to its original location in the rules.
