Title: Air Quality: Revision to Definition of Volatile Organic Compounds--Amendment to the Exclusion of t-Butyl Acetate
Abstract: The EPA is proposing to remove the existing special emission reporting requirements for this compound that were established in 2004 when the compound was excluded from the definition of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), because these reporting requirements are now considered to be unnecessarily burdensome. This change will allow industrial users of solvents to use it without the burden of reporting emissions.
