Abstract: This rulemaking would change FTA and FHWA joint procedures that implement NEPA. This action would add two new categorical exclusions under 23 CFR 771.117(c) for actions eligible for assistance under 23 USC, within an existing operational right-of-way and actions with limited Federal assistance as described in section 1316 and 1317 of MAP-21, respectively. | |
