Title: Core Capacity Projects (MAP-21)
Abstract: This rulemaking would establish the steps in the process and the evaluation criteria for a new category of eligible capital investment projects created by MAP-21 called "core capacity projects." Core capacity projects are improvements to existing transit lines that are currently at capacity or will be in 5 years. The proposed projects must increase capacity in the corridor by at least 10 percent.
