Title: Marine Highway Corridor Expansion 
Abstract: This rulemaking would broaden the definition of short sea transportation to include transportation services that promote short sea transportation. Pursuant to section 405, of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2012. The new definition allows for the expansion of Marine Highway Corridors to include Hawaii.
