Title: American Fisheries Act 
Abstract: This rulemaking would implement statutorily mandated updates of section 607 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 to make certain large replacement fishing industry vessels and non-harvesting/non-processing fish tender vessels eligible for a fishery endorsement. With the addition of section 307 in the Transportation Act of 2012, this rulemaking will also ensure that certain large vessels are prohibited from operating in the ground fishery.
