Title: Storage, Treatment, and Disposal of Toxic and Hazardous Materials--Statutory Update (DFARS Case 2013-D013) 
Abstract: DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) subpart to incorporate statutory changes and amend the clause prescriptions and alternate for the prohibition on storage, treatment, and disposal of toxic and hazardous materials. DoD is amending DFARS subpart 223.71, Storage and Disposal of Toxic and Hazardous Materials, to conform subpart 223.71 to the current enactment of 10 U.S.C. 2692. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
