Title: Revision to the Vaccine Injury Table Within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program 
Abstract: This proposed rule would update the Vaccine Injury Table within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) as a result of the 2011 Institute of Medicine (IOM) report on vaccines and adverse events. Individuals experiencing an adverse event from a VICP-covered vaccine may receive a legal presumption of causation (and compensation) once an injury is added to the Vaccine Injury Table, assuming certain legal requirements are met.
