Title: Standards for Data Exchange 
Abstract: This rule would implement provisions of the Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act and the Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act requiring standards to be established for exchanging information between the different information systems for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program and for Child Welfare Services activities.
