Title: Records Required for the Entry of Merchandise Under Certain Preferential Trade Programs 
Abstract: Amendment to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to include in the list of records required for the entry of merchandise (commonly referred to as the "(a)(1)(A)" list) certain documentation that was inadvertently omitted from the list. The proposed amendments would add to the list certain documentation required for the entry of merchandise under two preferential tariff treatment programs, the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA).
