Title: Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards 
Abstract: The OCC, FRB, FDIC, the Farm Credit Administration, and the National Credit Union Administration proposed revisions to their regulations regarding loans in areas having special flood hazards to implement provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012. In addition, the OCC proposed to integrate its flood insurance regulations for national banks, 12 CFR part 22, and Federal savings associations, 12 CFR part 172.
