| Abstract: The Department proposes to amend the regulations that govern the Professional Development Program and the Demonstration Grants Program, authorized under title VII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended. In particular, the proposed regulations for the Professional Development Program would update the payback requirements for participants and increase emphasis on grantees supporting participants in completing their programs and obtaining employment. | |
