Abstract: There are no Federal standards or test procedures for commercial and industrial pumps. DOE has prepared a Framework Document that details the analytical approach and preliminary scope of the rulemaking for energy conservation standards for commercial and industrial pumps, and identifies several issues on which DOE requested comments.
